The glow beneath the leaves reveals the full splendor and complexity of this exceptional variegation. This exceptional architectural and sculptural philodendron stands out immediately thanks to its brilliant forest-green foliage and bursts of lime, cream, and silver variegation that display magnificent warm and frosted reflections beneath the leaf blade. Its smooth, elegantly upright oval leaves bring a modern and refined tropical touch to any collection. Particularly robust and compact, this variety adapts wonderfully to indoor life while also being an excellent air-purifying plant. With its neat habit, it enhances small spaces such as desks or shelves.
☀️ Light
- Bright and indirect
- Essential to maintain and stimulate its magnificent light-colored variegations
- Tolerates medium light (caution: a lack of light can cause the variegation to regress in favor of plain green)
- Avoid direct, intense sunlight at all costs, as it will burn its delicate leaves
💧 Watering
- Moderate
- Allow the soil to dry out for the first few centimeters on the surface before watering again
- Reduce watering during the cold season
- Its thick roots only fear excess standing water, which could cause rot
🌬️ Humidity
- Normal to medium
- Adapts very well to the air in our homes
- Appreciates good ambient humidity or a light misting to keep its leaves nice and shiny, especially in winter when heating dries out the air
🐾 Safety
- Toxic
- Contains calcium oxalate crystals which can cause oral and digestive irritation if ingested
- Keep out of reach of dogs, cats, and young children
