Explore an extraordinary plant texture with the fascinating Pilea involucrata 'Moon Valley' (sometimes called Pilea mollis)! This unique houseplant owes its name to its deeply cratered, serrated, and pleated leaves, reminiscent of the mysterious terrain of lunar valleys. Its foliage boasts a vibrant apple green, spectacularly highlighted by coppery brown and bronze central grooves. With a low, compact, and bushy habit, this graphic little gem grows quickly while staying neat, perfect for injecting a strong personality into your decor.
Special Feature: Intensely textured, crinkled, and bicolor leaves, combining lime green with deep chocolate-colored veins.
Light: Medium to bright, but strictly indirect light (direct sun easily burns its textured foliage).
Watering: Allow the top third of the soil to dry out between waterings. It prefers consistent moisture at the roots without ever sitting in standing water.
Safety: Pet-friendly — entirely non-toxic to dogs and cats.
