The Goeppertia ornata is a magnificent compact variety highly valued for its unique and graphic foliage. Its small, thick, elongated leaves feature a superb glossy dark green color in the center, deeply marked by fine, contrasting candy-pink parallel lines that look hand-painted. Held by pretty upright stems, this plant forms a dense and compact dome that offers a beautiful textural effect in a hanging basket.
Care tips:
- Light: Provide it with medium to bright light, but strictly without direct sun to preserve the vibrancy of its fine pink lines and avoid burning its delicate leaves.
- Watering: Wait for the soil to be quite dry on the surface before watering again. It enjoys regular moisture in its substrate but dislikes having its roots constantly waterlogged.
- Humidity: It loves high ambient humidity. It will flourish fully if grouped with other plants or placed in a very humid atmosphere.
