It is a magnificent compact variety highly prized for its unique and graphic foliage. Its small, thick, elongated leaves sport a superb metallic dark green color in the center, deeply marked by bluish and iridescent highlights with a spectacular oil-slick sheen under good lighting. Carried by pretty, sturdy stems, this plant forms a dense and compact dome that offers a very beautiful textural effect in hanging baskets.
Care tips:
- Light: Provide as much bright light as possible, but without direct sun, to preserve and maximize the beautiful iridescent blue highlights of its metallic foliage.
- Watering: Wait until the soil is quite dry on the surface before watering again. It appreciates constant moisture at the roots without ever being subjected to excess stagnant water.
- Humidity: It loves high ambient humidity. It will thrive if there is good humidity in the air or if it is grouped with other plants.
