Cissus amazonica (sometimes classified as Parthenocissus amazonica) is a tropical climbing and trailing vine of rare elegance. Its slender, arrow-shaped leaves sport a superb dark olive-green color, contrasted by highly graphic silver veins and a discreet burgundy underside. Its thin, delicate stems intertwine to form a dense, textured cascade that is most beautiful.
Care tips:
- Light: Provide it with plenty of bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight at all costs, as it may fade or burn its delicate foliage.
- Watering: Wait until the soil is quite dry on the surface before watering thoroughly again.
- Humidity: Native to the jungle, it greatly appreciates moderate to high ambient humidity to thrive fully.
